[Staff] SP 103 Parking Spaces - For Guest Use Only

Dear Faculty and Staff,

As a reminder, the SP 103 parking spaces are for guest use only.

We are running into issues of faculty/staff/students parking in the SP 103
parking spaces without permits and guests who have reserved a space are
unable to park.  Public Safety is being called to ticket those vehicles
parked illegally.

We appreciate your understanding in advance that when faculty and staff
request SP 103 permits from the Dean's Office, that they are for guests and
not for personal use.
