[Staff] 10/23/19 Provost Ochoa CoE Visit

Dear Staff,

As announced in the Fall 2019 CoE Retreat, Provost Ochoa will be visiting
the College of Engineering on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

We would like to invite and encourage Staff to participate in the following
meetings with Provost Ochoa:

*Wednesday, October 23, 2019*

*8:00am-8:45am - College of Engineering Staff Meeting *
Location:  Bioscience Center - Gold Auditorium

   - Provost Ochoa will make opening remarks with remaining time reserved
   for Staff to ask questions of the Provost.  In addition to asking your
   questions at the meeting, we also have a box at Arlene's desk so that you
   can submit your questions anonymously.  Anonymous questions must be placed
   in the box by 4:30pm, Friday, October 18, 2019. Dean Olevsky will ask the
   questions of the Provost, as appropriate, and as time permits.
   - Coffee & pastries will be served

*3:00pm-4:00pm - College of Engineering Town Hall Meeting *
Dean Olevsky remarks; Engineering Student Organization Highlights; Provost
Ochoa Q&A Session

*4:00pm-4:30pm - College of Engineering Merienda (Social Gathering)*
As a conclusion to the Provost's visit, this is an opportunity for the
Provost and CoE Faculty & Staff to mingle and enjoy light refreshments and
a variety of desserts.

If you could please add these meetings to your calendar for this important
visit from Provost Ochoa.
