[Staff] Engineering Commencement Rehearsal

Engineering Staff:

Thank you to all who have signed up to volunteer! If you'd like to
volunteer, but haven't signed up, just come to the rehearsal and I'll get
you set up.

Commencement rehearsal is tomorrow, Thursday the 16th at 2:30pm at Viejas
Arena. Please meet me in the Dean's Office at 2:15pm and we'll all walk
down as a group. Rehearsal will be quick, not more than 1/2 hour and we'll
dry run the loading into the arena.

For the day of commencement, this Saturday the 18th, please plan on
arriving by 4:30pm. The procession into the arena will begin at 5:15pm and
the ceremony will start at 5:30pm. There is complimentary VIP parking
(enter Parking Structure 12 directly opposite of the arena and it will be
straight in front of you - directions attached).
