[Staff] Tue 2/19 - A Fond Farewell to Marquita Small!

Dear Staff,

As you may have heard, Marquita's last day is Friday, February 22nd.  As an
active duty spouse, Marquita's husband currently serves in the US Navy and
they have received orders to relocate to Florida.

Please join us in wishing a fond farewell to Marquita on Tuesday, February
19, from 2:30pm-3:30pm, in the Engineering Dean's Conference Room.  Cake
and beverages will be served.
