Dear Staff,

I have been notified by the Provost Office that the Consultant from
Witt/Kieffer (recruiting company hired by SDSU for the CoE Dean Search),
Suzanne Teer, will be on campus, this Friday, October 12, to meet with the
search committee for the Dean of the College of Engineering.

In addition to meeting with the search committee, Suzanne, would like to
meet with other constituent groups (including faculty, student leaders and
administration), in the College of Engineering to help her develop the
leadership profile for potential Dean candidates.

The Staff Open Forum is confirmed with Suzanne for *Friday, October 12,
from 10:15am-11:00am, in the Engineering Dean's Conference Room, E-203E*.  *If
you are unable to attend this open forum, Witt/Kieffer will be providing a
link to a survey for you to provide feedback*.

This open forum with Suzanne and the Staff will provide the opportunity:

   - To share the College's important opportunities and challenges
   - To express the qualities and characteristics of what will make a Dean
   successful
   - To share the College's points of pride and what makes the CoE and SDSU
   an attractive place to work
