[Staff] South Engineering Entrances Closed - 7/15 - 8/14/17

Hi Everyone,

Please see e-mail below and attached diagram regarding the closure of the
south entrances to the Engineering building due to EIS construction.

The closure will begin Sat 7/15 through Mon 8/14.  The main doors to the
Engineering building will re-open after 8/14, however, the other two south
entrances will remain closed off through the end of the year.

During the 7/15-8/14 closure the Engineering building can can be accessed
via the following entrances:

1)  1st floor - SP 103 parking area
2)  Aztec Circle Drive

Please see attached closure to isolate the south portion of the Engineering
building.  Clark is intending to close the walkway and entrance on the
south side of the Engineering building to apply the last two coats of
plaster on the new Engineering Bridge, demo the hardscape, and to
re-install new hardscape and landscape.  The closure of the area is to
mitigate any safety hazards to the public and is scheduled to finish prior
to start of the fall semester.



Please note the numbers, 1-3, in the pink circles at the south Engineering
building.  These are the doors that exit to the south.  Starting 7/15 the
south entrance to Engineering will be closed until 8/14.  After 8/14 the
exits at 2 and 3 will continue to be closed off until the completion of the
project at the end of this year.
