[Staff] CHANGE IN DATES - EIS card access

Hi Everyone,

 

I was just informed by the Card & Key Access office that card access
issuance for Thursday, December 21 has been delayed. Card access for Rooms
8, 10 & 12 should be active by this Friday, December 22. All other card
access rooms will be effective Thursday, December 28. The card access & key
office will be closed Friday, December 29.

 

Physical keys will be ready Tuesday, January 2.

 

Please continue to email me lists of names, red ids & isos who should have
access so my submission to the Access office is ready.

Hi everyone

 

Anyone who has a lab, office in the EIS building, please email me your name,
office #, office #, your graduate student names that you are allowing, red
id numbesr & iso numbers (the long, black #'s also on each id card). I will
then send a list to Ashley in Card Access. The EIS building will be
accessible by card access by December 21, Thursday.
