[Staff] Sneak Preview - EIS Complex Tour - RSVP by Wed 12/6

Dear Staff,

I have confirmed two dates for an EIS  Complex tour for the CoE Staff as a
"sneak preview" before the Complex is scheduled to open for occupancy on
December 21.

The two dates are as follows:

Wed 12/13 - 3:15pm-4:15pm
Thu 12/14 - 3:15pm-4:15pm

If you would like to participate in one of the tours, please e-mail me your
1st and 2nd choice for the tours *by 4:30pm, WEDNESDAY, December 6.*  Due
to availability of safety equipment, each tour can have a maximum of 16
people and I will do my best to accommodate your 1st choice.

For safety reasons, all Staff participating on the tours will need to wear:

1)  Long pants
2)  Closed toe shoes
3)  Hard hat, protective eye glasses and vests that Clark Construction will
provide
