Hi Everyone,

I am forwarding information regarding a 3-day consecutive power outage (see
e-mail below from Facilities Planning) that will take place *starting at
2:00am, the morning of Thursday 12/22 and a tentative completion date of
either Fri 12/23 or Sat 12/24*, not time specific given for completion.

The *Engineering Building, Building A in Lot 16, Physical Sciences and
Education Building will be affected.  As well, **during this time, no fume
hoods will be powered.*

*If you have critical equipment that needs to be powered through
the outage, please e-mail me the following information*:

1)  Location of the equipment (Room number/Lab Name)
2)  Description and quantity of equipment
3)  Brief description of the critical need for equipment to be powered

Please provide me this information *by end of day, Wednesday, October 26*,
I need to complete a spreadsheet to meet the Facilities Planning deadline
of Thursday, October 27.

Hi Everyone,

Facilities Services held a meeting this afternoon and I have several
updates to the my e-mail that I sent below:

1)  The outage is *planned to begin at 2:00am on Wed 12/21 and a tentative
completion date of either Fri 12/23 or Sat 12/24*, no time specific given
for completion.
2)  *This outage also effects Physical Sciences and the Education Building*.
If you have any faculty with labs in Physical Sciences and the Education
Building, we need to know if any equipment in those labs needs to be
powered.
3)  Please let me know if any of the Engineering, Physical Sciences or
Education *labs have fume hoods.*  These fume hoods will not be able to be
run during the 12/21-12/24 outage.
