[Staff] Updated e-mail on Public Safety After Hours Unlock Requests

Hi Everyone,

I am forwarding an e-mail from Interim Chief of Police, Josh Mays, via
Debbie Richeson, regarding the e-mail that was sent from Public Safety
regarding after hours unlock requests.

For those Faculty and Staff that sent their information to me yesterday for
access to the CoE exterior doors, I have forwarded the information to
Public Safety and will confirm back to you individually when access has
been added to your RedID cards.

previous communication?


All,

I am sorry for the concerns raised by the recent communication regarding
building unlocks. The original intent was to alert you that we have
experienced an increase in calls for access and have limited personnel to
respond. Please know the police department will continue to assist
authorized personnel requiring access to buildings. We do ask your help in
finding ways to reduce these service calls including ensuring employees
have exterior door access for after hours work. I apologize for the
confusion.
