Hi Everyone,

Please see important e-mail below from Public Safety regarding University
Police services.

The exterior doors to the Engineering building are locked after hours and
on the weekends and can only be opened with swipe card access on your
individual RedID cards.  To alleviate any issues with being locked out of
the Engineering Building, if you are going to need access to the building
after hours or on the weekends, *please send me an e-mail with the
following information from your RedID card*:

1)  First & Last Name
2)  RedID#
3)  ISO# (this is the number listed at the bottom of your RedID card that
starts with 6220)

I will forward your information to Public Safety and I will confirm via
e-mail when Engineering exterior door access has been added to your RedID
card.

                Due to limited resources, effective Monday, October 17th,
University Police are unable to provide unlocks for faculty or staff that
have forgotten their keys or swipe card.



If an employee needs after-hours access, the authorized signers should
contact Access Control at accesscontrol at mail.sdsu.edu or 619-594-5846.



Could you please forward this to the appropriate staff in your areas?
