[Staff] Parking changes on campus beginning Monday, May 16

Hi Everyone,

SDSU is making some changes to parking in an attempt to be more visitor
friendly. This will include re-naming the parking structures and lots.

*Important note: *The existing names and numbers will remain in place until
Sunday, May 15.* On Monday, May 16,* temporary signage with new numbers
will be placed on all garages and lots.
