[Staff] Commencement Volunteers

COE Staff:

Commencement is right around the corner on Saturday, May 14 at 5:30pm!

We need at least four volunteers, one person leading each department into
the arena and assisting graduates into their seats. If you would like to
help out, please let me know ASAP! We will be having a rehearsal on
Thursday, May 12 at 2:30pm at Viejas (enter via L Lot) to go over the
procession into the arena (faculty and staff only, no students).
