[Staff] April Attendance Summaries - Due: TUE 5/3

Hi Everyone,

April Attendance Summaries are due by end of day Tuesday, May 3rd. The pay
period for April 2016 is *April 1 to April 30*, please use the attached
April Attendance Summary, which has the correct dates listed to report your
time.

*Please note, per Payroll*:  For 12-month appointment employees (i.e., Dept
Chairs, Asst/Assoc Dean, MPP and Staff),  *even if you do not have time to
report, you have to complete an Attendance Summary form and mark the NO
USAGE box located at the top of the form.*

*Faculty* only need to complete an attendance summary for *sick leave.*

Please drop off attendance summaries in the Dean's mailbox, or you can drop
them in my office in E-203B.
