Hi Everyone,



This is a final reminder that we will be having our Fall 2015 College of
Engineering Retreat, tomorrow, *Wednesday, August 19th *(first day of the
Fall semester), from 9:00am-1:00pm, in the Templo Mayor Conference Room, Rm
231 (2nd floor, Aztec Student Union Center).



Here is the final schedule:



*8:45am-9:00am *- Pastries and Coffee (*Faculty** Only*)

*9:00am-11:30am *- Business Meeting (*Faculty** Only*) - please note that
we will be voting on the Assigned Time Policy, which has been e-mailed to
all Faculty.

*11:30am-12:00pm* - Dean's Remarks (*Faculty & Staff*)

*12:00pm-1:00pm* - Lunch at Faculty Staff Club (*Faculty & Staff*)



The Retreat will be followed by the evening Engineering Gathering from
5:30pm-7:30pm at:

*There is complimentary valet parking available, a tip is suggested, but
not mandatory.  As well, there are ample free parking spaces available.

above, more information will follow as the date approaches.
