[Staff] Commencement Dress

COE Staff,

A big thank you to all who are volunteering for Commencement! Only those on
stage need to be in academic regalia, so feel free to wear business attire
or at minimum a dark colored button down shirt and black pants.

There will also be some refreshments and water in Viejas Arena for staff.
