[Staff] Help for Commencement

Hi COE Staff,

 

Your help is needed again.  The 2014 Commencement ceremony is coming up
fast, on Saturday, May 17th at 5pm.  I would very much appreciate your
volunteer help to make the ceremony a success.  For now, without yet
confirming with Donovan, I'm asking you to check your calendars to see if
you can volunteer from 4pm to 6pm (maybe longer).  Many of you have
volunteered before; we'll need help in the parking lot lining up students,
in the arena seating the line of students, etc.
