[Staff] Design Day Showcase - Dec 6th - Alumni Center

As you know, The Design Day Showcase will be this Friday, December 6th in
the Alumni Center Ballroom. 

 

The schedule for the day is as follows:

.       1:15pm - Team Display Set Up 

(There is another event in the Ballroom until 1pm.  Do Not Arrive Before
This Time or Disturb the Attendees of the Event)

.       2:30pm - Open to the Public

.       5:00pm - Close and Clean Up Display Areas

.       6:00pm - Room to be Cleared

As a reminder, each team will be provided with an area by department which
will include:

.       A 5 ft table with 2 chairs

.       Display Board or Wall Area for Project Posters & Other Graphical
Material

.       Push Pins and Tape to Mount Posters

 

Each team will need to provide:

.       A White or Black Tablecloth for their Table

.       Project Poster and/or Graphics for Display

.       Plans, Drawings, Illustrations, Prototypes or Completed Projects to
Display on the Team Table

.       Team Members to Present and Discuss their Project
