RE: Student Key Renewal

If you have students that have keys to your areas, they will need to renew
their keys if they are returning the the Spring.  This pertains to keys only
issued by Key Issue/Access Control in the Department of Public Safety
building and not keys issued by Foundation or Housing.

Keys can be renewed beginning 12/2/13 with a final renewal date of
12/18/2013.  If the students do not renew or return their keys, they will be
charged a Late/Lost fee.  The students need a new authorization form for the
keys that will be renewed. TA's and GA's must renew based on their contract.
If they do not have a contract or never provided proof of their contract to
Key Issue/Access Control they will need to renew.  

Please do not hesitate to contact Key Issue/Access Control should you need
to know their status or have any other questions at 594-1992.
