[Staff] Change in the Dean's Office

[David Hayhurst]

Effective today, Dr. Rand German will be leaving his position as the
Associate Dean and moving into a full-time faculty position in the
Department of Mechanical Engineering. This transition will allow the College
of Engineering greater flexibility in dealing with the ongoing budget
challenges in the University. I thank Rand for all of the help he has
provided to the College during his time as Associate Dean and wish him much
success in his new role as Professor of Mechanical Engineering.
