[Staff] Chair of Aerospace Engineering

I am delighted to announce that upon the recommendation of Department
faculty and with the approval of the Provost, Dr. Nagy Nosseir has been
appointed to chair the Department of Aerospace Engineering, effective
November 20. Please join me in congratulating Nagy on his appointment. I
look forward to working with him closely in his new role as department
