[Staff] EXPLORE SDSU 2012 - CoE SCHEDULE "UPDATE"

Goooooooood Morning everyone,

 

Attached is the latest and FINAL schedule for the engineering Open House
scheduled for this Saturday.

 

Things to make note of:

 

.         There is no conflict of the Tours with the Department Info
Sessions at 10 am and 12 pm.  

.         Department Info sessions need to be kept to ~20 minutes in length
to all people to return to courtyard and choose their next session.

.         There are only three (3) Tour sessions (10:30 am; 11:30 am; and
12:30 pm) instead of four.  

.         Still expect each of the three Tour sessions to last no more than
45 minutes to give people time to get back to the courtyard to choose their
next session.

.         First tour doesn't start until 10:30 am.  Arrive and prepare
accordingly.
