File server maintenance email continued

If you need to work on any of your files stored on the server in your "Z
Drive" or in the "Projects" over the weekend, you may want to download the
file to your desktop, and return it to the file server after the
maintenance is completed. You will not have any access to the file servers
during our down time. We plan to back up all of the files prior to doing
this work.

If you know of any students that need access to data stored on the file
server over the weekend, please make them of aware of this maintenance
schedule. Let me know if you have any questions or need additional
information. Thanks.
