[Staff] Design Day Schedule

Attached is a schedule for the College of Engineering Design Day on Friday,
May 4, 2012 in the Alumni Center Ballroom. Please have your students there
at 9:00am to set up their table and displays. Each department will have an
assigned area in the ballroom for their students to set up their displays.
Each group will need a white table cloth for a 72 x 30 inch table. From 10
to 10:30am, the students will be able to visit other students areas. At
10:30, the event will open to the public and the groups should all be in
their display area. Lunch is being catered by Aztec Shops and will be served
on the patio from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Please let me know if you have any
questions or need additional information. Thanks.
