[Staff] 2012 State-Owned Equpment Inventory & Laptops, Tablets, iPads and Off Campus Equipment Scanning Required

A complete inventory of the College of Engineering state-owned equipment is
presently being conducted by Business Services. This year all equipment
including any off campus equipment has to be physically seen and scanned by
Business Services. Any faculty or staff member with a state-owned laptop,
tablet pc and/or iPad must present their laptop, tablet and/or iPad next
week for scanning in the Administration Building - Room 110A on one of the
dates and times below. Also any other state-owned equipment that is being
used off campus must also be scanned during these times.

 

Tuesday, May 1st - 8:30am to 4:30pm

 

Wednesday May 2nd - 12:30pm to 4:30pm

 

Thursday May 3rd - 8:30am to 1:30pm

 

Friday May 4th - 8:30am to 11:30am

 

 

In addition, an updated Off Campus Use Form will need to be completed and
submitted at the time of having the equipment scanned. The form can be
located at the following link:
http://bfa.sdsu.edu/busserv/OffCampusUseOfEquipmentAgreement2012.pdf. If
possible, it will save you some time if you complete as much of the form as
possible prior to having your equipment scanned.
