Gooooooooooooooood Morning everyone,

 

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

 

Well, it's that time of year again, EXPLORE SDSU OPEN HOUSE.  And it is
right around the corner - Saturday, March 19th  from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
That's right, two hours shorter than last year.  I need your help at 8:00
a.m. to help make sure everything is ready to go at 9:00 a.m.

 

A number of you participated and assisted last year and indicated it was
well worth your time to interact with prospective students, parents, alumni,
and friends to show them all how outstanding our College of Engineering is.

 

I need your help again this year in leading and guiding this year's
participants to their various venues, answering their questions, and
providing direction to their next location on campus.  I know I can depend
on you to volunteer your time, but as a small incentive, you should work
with your supervisor to receive compensatory time or Comp-Time at 1.5 for
future release time.

 

I want to thank you in advance for participating this year.  If you would
please let Donovan Geiger (dgeiger at mail.sdsu.edu) know of your intention to
volunteer ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

In preparation for this year's Open House, there are a number of items that
need to be made, procured, and otherwise planned for, i.e. venue signs, name
tags, food acquisition, etc.  Donovan could use your help in pulling all
these types of items together.  So, please let him (dgeiger at mail.sdsu.edu)
know of your interest and desire to assist him in any of these areas.

 

I want to THANK YOU ALL in advance for agreeing to participate in any way
you can in helping us to showcase the College of Engineering as not only one
of the Best in the West, but in the entire U.S.
