I am writing to ask for your assistance with this year's ASK ME! Campaign.
I appreciate how busy you and your staff are the first week of school.  We
are asking for a minimum of one hour from each staff member to help welcome
our new students to campus and help them find their way.  In consideration
of staff time, we have cut back the ASK ME! Campaign to only two days.  If
you and your staff can help out, we would greatly appreciate it.  As of this
afternoon, we still have more than 70 spaces to fill. Please help us out so
we can continue this service for our students.  

As a reminder here are the days and times:

Saturday, August 27
11:30am -1 pm                        Centennial Walkway
 
Monday, August 29
7:30am - 6 pm                        Centennial Walkway, OAT Walkway &
Hepner Hall
 
Tuesday, August 30
7:30am - 6 pm                        Centennial Walkway, OAT Walkway &
Hepner Hall
