[Staff] New State Travel Policies and Forms EFFECTIVE 4/1/11

Faculty & Staff,

 

Accounts Payable held a meeting on 3/24 in regards to the updated Travel
Policies/Forms that will be going into effect, Fri 4/1.  Please note, any
travel completed prior to 4/1 will be under the old policies.

 

Attached for your review are the following documents:

 

1.        Cheat sheet of the most important updates (updated travel
Policies.docx attachment)

2.        Complete Travel Policies & Regulation handbook 

3.        Travel Policy Matrix which outlines the current and new 4/1
policies

4.        New T-2 form 

5.        New Travel Expense Claim Form 

 

Faculty if you have questions regarding the new policies, please contact
your Department Coordinator.
