Dear Graduate Advisers and Coordinators,

In the latest GAP, you should have received information about the new 
admission schedule for fall 2011. Graduate Admissions will be 
following the deadlines as specified by the Graduate Division. To 
facilitate this process, Graduate Admissions has scheduled a workshop 
to provide information about the tools available on the WebPortal. 
Graduate Admissions staff will be available to answer questions and 
review information about the deadlines and Intent to Enroll 
requirement. Advisers and coordinators are welcomed to attend.

The workshop will be offered at different times and dates to 
accommodate your schedule. It will be held in the Enrollment Services 
Presentation Room (SSW 1560) on

Wednesday, September 22 from 9:00am-10:30am
Thursday, September 23 from 3:00-4:30pm
Friday, September 24 from 9:00am-10:30am

If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Katie Krebs at 
kkrebs at mail.sdsu.edu by September 20, 2010 and indicate which session 
you plan to attend.
