Subject: Staff Awards, Friday, Oct. 8 - Aztec for Life!

 

This year's Staff Awards event will be held on Friday, Oct. 8, from 11:30
a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium.  We will honor staff who have 10 to
45 years of service at San Diego State University.

 

Tickets may be purchased at the Viejas Arena box offices at a cost of $10
each through Oct. 1; $15 thereafter (includes a box lunch and a raffle
ticket). Additional raffle tickets may be purchased for $5.

 

Invitations have been sent to awardees via campus mail.  Awardees receive
one complimentary ticket, which will be distributed at the gate on the day
of the event. Awardees are asked to RSVP to:

Entrance to Tony Gwynn stadium will be through the southwest gate.
Individuals driving vehicles may park in Parking Structure 5.  Parking in
Lot "R" is available with advanced arrangements for individuals with special
needs.  A temporary shade structure will cover limited sections of the
stadium. 

 

Raffle prizes this year include an SDSU Cruiser Bike, an iPad, a Hornblower
Cruise, an iPod, certificates to local restaurants and a grand prize of 3
days/2 nights at a location of the winner's choice with $200 towards airfare
(28 different locations to choose from).

Come dressed in your casual attire, hats and comfortable shoes advisable.
