[Staff] Explore SDSU Day

Dear Faculty and Staff:

 

This past Saturday was Explorer SDSU Day, an open house for the College of
Engineering.  It was an incredible success!  The department chairs did a
great job with prospective students and their families, faculty showcase a
variety of exciting research projects, there were engaging, hands-on lab
demonstrations by staff members and our undergraduate students were there in
large numbers to talk about their organizations.  There was also a
demonstration of student culinary talent and entrepreneurism.  Staff members
made certain that the attendees arrived at the proper location and on time.
The feedback from all in attendance was wonderful.

 

I thank each of the faculty, staff and students who contributed to the
success of this Saturday's event.  I would also like to recognize the
outstanding efforts of Larry Hinkle.  You each did a great job and your
efforts are appreciated!
