Gooooooood Morning one and all,

 

Please open the attachment and take a little trip with me.  As the
attachment reflects, this is what is currently scheduled for the College of
Engineering Open House which is part of the overall EXPLORE SDSU 2010 event
scheduled for Saturday, March 20th from 10 am to 3 pm.  I want to sincerely
THANK all those whose names are on the schedule for spending a few hours on
that day to enlighten and share with potential students and families what an
outstanding college of engineering this is.  We are really going to be
getting some of the Cream of the Crop for next fall.  All the student clubs
and organizations will have table and information displays.

 

This is a GREAT beginning.  If any of the rest of you (faculty, staff,
students) would like to participate and have a demonstration and/or
information session, please coordinate with your department chair to be
added to the schedule.  Because of the need to print a program of our
activities to be handed out to potential students and families, the deadline
for adding anything to the schedule will be CoB Friday, March 12th.  Our
goal is to have some staff involvement to help everything run smoothly.

 

Lastly, I want to thank all of you for helping us convince the brightest and
best to attend SDSU, which is one of the best in the west and the entire U.
S.
