This is just a reminder e-mail regarding the 2009 Staff Awards, which will
be held at Tony Gwynn Stadium on October 9th from 11:30-1:30.

 

If you are interested in attending and have not yet sent in your RSVP,
please do so by this Thursday, October 1st to ensure your spot.  You can
either reply to this e-mail or call me at 4-0605.

Please forward this email to employees in your department.

 

 

This year's Staff Awards Event will be held on Friday, October 9, 2009 from
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium (note new location).  We will
honor staff who have 10 to 40 years of service at San Diego State
University.

 

Tickets can be purchased at the Viejas Arena Box Offices and cost $10 each
through October 2nd (includes a box lunch and a raffle ticket).  Additional
raffle tickets may be purchased for $5.

 

Invitations have been sent to awardees via campus mail.  Awardees receive
one complimentary ticket which will be distributed at the door on the day of
the event.  Awardees can RSVP to HRtraining at mail.sdsu.edu or by calling
(619) 594-0473.

 

Awardee names and the event flyer can be found on our Staff Awards website

above if we have missed an individual, misspelled a name or have incorrect
