available singlemode fiber to lsn 29: there are 4 pair availabe, this
project will maxout fiber to lsn29.

available fiber to eba data center (uco): we have fiber cable long enough
to reach rack from our fiber distribution center.

available fiber to csl 120: eric frost was not available but the
individuals in the office seemed to think all of there servers were now
located in csl 121a and that is where the switch would go. there is
singlemode fiber to csl 121a. it looks like there is singlemode fiber in to
csl 120 also. i would like to verify where the switch is going.

there is enough outside plant fiber to run between buildings.
