OBJECTIVES:  Travel grants are provided for travel grants for
PhD<br>
students and Post-Doc fellows doing research that requires
facilities<br>
or expertise not available in their home countries. <br><br>
ELIGIBILITY<br>
 Applicants must be U.S. or Israeli citizens. Applicants must
be<br>
conducting supervised research in an accredited higher education<br>
institution, or in a non-profit research institution (government or<br>
other, including hospitals). Applicants must be 35 years old or<br>
younger. <br><br>
FUNDING<br>
 The budget for each trip is fixed at $4,000 and will cover
travel<br>
