ELIGIBILITY<br>
To be eligible, you must: Be an author who will present an

paper at an SPIE conference; Not have received SPIE funding in the<br>
past 12 months. Applicant must submit written support from the<br>
Conference Chair of the conference in which your paper will be<br>
presented and submit one letter of recommendation from your
department<br>
