 Eligible applicants will be M.A., M.S. or Ph.D. students<br>
specializing in space-based research at any accredited college or<br>
university in the world.  Students must be specializing in the
broad<br>
areas of space engineering, space life sciences, or space policy.<br>
Students need not be members of the sponsor's organization to apply,<br>
but must be members to receive a scholarship. Applicants may be<br>
students of any nationality, not restricted by the U.S. State<br>
Department, in full-time study at any accredited college or
university<br>
