 Students need not be members of the sponsor's organization to<br>
apply, but must be members to receive a scholarship. Applicants may

students of any nationality, not restricted by the U.S. State<br>
Department, in full-time study at any accredited college or
university<br>
within the United States. A selected candidate may only receive this<br>
