<span style="color:black">Sustainable Horizons Institute’s Sustainable Research Pathways (SRP) is a comprehensive workforce development program designed to connect students and faculty working with underrepresented groups with National Laboratory scientists
 to encourage lasting collaborations, jump start careers, and build inclusive workplace environments. After a matching workshop and onboarding with the SRP cohort, faculty and students collaborate on a research project during a 10-week summer program with national
