The members of the DEI representing all CoE faculty, staff and students have developed this first draft of the Diversity Statement that President DeLaTorre has requested from every college and unit as described in a Senate Resolution.</div><div><br></div><div></div><div>As this statement will become the College of Engineering's Diversity Statement moving forward, we want your input.
