<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The roofing contractor has rescheduled the flood coating process for the eastern half of Engineering roof for Wednesday, April 5^th, beginning around 9am through the end of the day.  Every precaution
 measure to mitigate smells and/or hazards is being reviewed to ensure there’s little to no undesirable affects.  Filters have been placed at each air intake, the roof hatch shall remain closed, as will the stairwell doors (4^th floor) and zipper
 curtains leading to the roof deck.  We were also informed that the material is a newer product that has improved on the odors detected, so this will work in our favor.<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><br></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Any detected odors should dissipate as time goes on, but we should ask staff that if they do not need to have their exterior windows open, they should be closed initially.<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10pt"> </span><br></p>
