Apparently, Steve leads the SPAWAR research departments. Please let me and your Department Chairs know, if you are currently collaborating with SPAWAR on specific projects, or would like to start new collaborations. We will arrange the meeting so all interested faculty have a chance to present their research briefly and show off their labs. </font></div>

It was a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to seeing you at the Engineering Board meeting on May 9th.<br>

As I mentioned, many of our faculty enjoy collaborating with high caliber SPAWAR scientists and our graduate students who are helping these scientists are having the time of their lives with the kind of projects they get to work on. On the day we had lunch, there were 8 scientists who were visiting our MEMS lab.<br>

I look forward to expanding such collaborations between SPAWAR and SDSU even further.<br>
