[Faculty] Proposed CoE Pillar (core values), feedback requested

Dear CoE Faculty and Staff,

In preparation for the coming CoE faculty I'm following up on one action
item from the College retreat in August.  I presented the proposed CoE
Pillars as shown below and pdf file attached.  The idea for these Pillars
is to capture the great work we are all doing in and for the College of
Engineering.  These Pillars represent the observed 'core values' of our
college as I have witnessed during my 32 years.  Captured in this way would
help all of us as well as newcomers to strive toward the same goals and
values, creating an explicit, lived culture of excellence and inclusivity
that we all belong to.

The Pillars and bullet points have been collected from ABET Criteria, Order
of the Engineer, and the CoE Vision, Mission, Diversity statements and then
refined to what you see above with input thus far.  After having vetted
this with the CoE Executive Committee, I have received positive feedback
from faculty, staff and students.
