[Faculty] Results of the electronic secret ballot vote on our College Bylaws

Dear Colleagues,

Please see attached the results of the electronic secret ballot vote on our
College Bylaws.

90% (64 out of 71) and 93% (66 out of 71) of our faculty participated in
the votes on the Bylaws Main Document and Appendix B (RTP Criteria),
respectively.

In both votes, the qualified majority of our faculty members (82.8% and
74.2%, respectively) voted to accept the new version of our Bylaws.

Please see attached the newly updated version of our College Bylaws
effective as of 10-19-2022.

I would like to thank all the faculty members who participated in the vote.
I would like to also thank Julie Smitherman for administering the secret
ballot vote.

My special thanks to the members of the CoE Constitution and Bylaws
Committee and the CoE Executive Committee for their hard work on the
preparation of the new version of our College Bylaws.
