[Faculty] SP 103: Citations

A reminder that parking in SP 103 requires the following protocol:
reservations must be made through the Dean's Office and the permit
supplied. There are no reservations that have been requested for today and
have found the spots filled this morning. If you are currently parked here,
parking is currently citing everyone parked in these spots. Thank you for
