[Faculty] CoE Faculty Meeting - Tuesday, December 6th

Hi Julia,

Three motions were made in the previous college faculty meeting. Two were passed and one failed to pass. All three were about the bylaw of the college. Since the bylaw of the college is a very important matter, we should have the counts of Yeas, Nays and Abstained for each vote for posterity. Please include the counts in the minutes.
