Please note this message from Dr. James Frazee  about Equipment Loan by
ITS. The Equipment is loaned until the end of the semester.



-----   Dr. Frazee’s message regarding equipment Loans

As a follow up to my message yesterday, tomorrow (Friday, March 20th), ITS
will open the ITS Checkout Counter (Adams Humanities 1129) to assist
faculty with equipment needs from 10am to 2pm. Please note that the 80
webcams have arrived, and so have 27 new Apple Macbook Pro laptops.



While it is difficult to anticipate how many faculty will arrive, we are
taking the following measures to ensure a safe environment:

· Within ITS, we will create three different locations for equipment pickup
(AH 1129, AH 1128, and AH 1132)

· Social distancing for groups of less than 10

· Signage will be placed in each of the pickup locations, separating
everyone by a minimum of 6’, to indicate where faculty should stand while
waiting

· Equipment will be loaned to faculty on a first come first serve basis

· Faculty are required to show their SDSU (RedID) card for checkout



While staff are on-site, they will practice body substance isolation
(wearing gloves) at all times. The gloves will be changed, and countertops
wiped thoroughly with sanitizing wipes immediately after assisting
individual customers.
