[Faculty] Guidelines for Faculty Office Hours

It's a bit confusing to keep track of your individual replies to faculty.
It would be so helpful if you could integrate your various expectations
into a single message. In your prior messages, you have addressed directly
or indirectly the following topics:

   - no more in-person class meetings, but labs are okay for next week.
   None permitted after Spring Break?
   - Is it correct that faculty should maintain office hours to meet
in-person with students or must everything be done remotely?
   - How can we administer non-multiple choice exams remotely while
maintaining exam security and preventing rampant cheating?
   - Can small classes still meet (infrequently) for exams & oral
presentations so long as we maintain social separation of 6-8 feet?
   - Who in engineering should we go to for help with getting things
   online? Dr. Ozturk?

Thanks for much for giving as much clarification as possible to these
concerns. I know that things are changing almost hourly.
