Hi Yusuf:

I was under the impression that we would start our online instruction on
April 6.  Are we expected to start on March 23?  I am confused about the
status of the week preceding the break and do not feel this has been
addressed explicitly in the emails we have received.

Can you clarify this?

Over the years some of our faculty participated in  online teaching
workshops and developed online courses in our program.  I  have asked
their  help as we are  transitioning to online mode of teaching. They
generously  volunteered to help our faculty with their  questions regarding
best practices in online course development and delivery.  I would like to

I am going to be in my office  all day tomorrow and  will be happy help our
faculty  with any questions they may have.  If   you have any questions and
would like to schedule some time on your schedule please let me know to add
to my schedule.   I think  we have a very easy streamlined process for
online lecturing.  We will make sure every faculty member can use the tools
to develop and offer courses online .  We  have a few issues to be cleared
related to exams and several of us are looking for options and developing
ideas.



We will also  distribute step by step instructions for lecturing on zoom,
mediasite and Camtasia.



If you are not fluent in using blackboard please do not hesitate to contact
me we will try to setup a meeting with the ITS technicians.
