Hi Allen,

Effective Monday 3/13 we are to suspend face-to-face meetings and are
encouraged to go to an online virtual classroom environment. However if
you need time to transition you can use the week of March 16th through 19
to make that transition. You can temporarily suspend your classes for that
period. However in the student's interests you may want to assign them some
activities and give them opportunities to continue their learning. That is
my understanding.
